Wonderful news Heather. The unknown is awful. Jason is having a bad time with all these lock downs. The laundry is easy it is the putting away and sometimes the ironing which I hate.

Ironing?... Ironing? -=shakes head=- there might be an iron somewhere in my house, but I haven't used one in years. lol
I just hang the clothing up and it all seems fine... nothing really wrinkles unless you leave it in the basket too long. Right from the dryer to the hanger for those items. Saves time and trouble. Somethings I suppose, I am new school on. No ironing.
Spending a quiet day- watched my favorite Star Trek Next Gen episode today. Season 7 Ep. 7 Dark Page.

Listening to the "soundscapes" channel on the cable tv. it is my favorite music channel they offer. It makes for a nice ambience in the room when I need some peace and quiet.
Snowy day here. Not as bad as some other places along the east coast- but it is enough for me. lol
Feeling a little under the weather- not fully recovered from my bronchitis/pneumonia that i caught at the end of December. Because my lungs have sucked since day one- (I've had asthma all my life and now I do have COPD) recovering from any lung infections takes me forever!! blah!!!!
Rant over.
Time for a hot cup of coffee...

Quest, quest, quest. What a good life it is to quest. I absolutely love role playing and having the goal oriented virtual life is amazing.
I personally have Kingdoms of Amalor almost to the half-way point. About to take on the first major boss a Balor a siege beast with a eye beam for a main weapon. So heavy he cut a swathe through the countryside to get to the fortifications he is sieging almost 20 years ago and it still has not recovered. I am playing a polymath. Master of all disciplines, but Bruynzeel of course specializes in bow and sword.

Hi everyone...
Woke up with a migraine.. figured out why, I forgot to take my meds last night...
Jason did not call today- not going to worry about it.
But Doctor Bird is being a cutie- she keeps trying to change the time, by grabbing the arms of the wall clock. (She just has ta get dat ting!)

Hope that migraine goes away soon Heather. Good to have an eye test regularly. Doctor Bird is having fun and glad you aren't worried about why Jason didn't ring. There is always an answer why!

Great you have found a game you enjoy Heather. I know Mitch gets really involved with his. He tells me all about it at breakfast. Feel as though I know all the characters. Exercises for me and lots of hugs to you.

Heather I am sure you will amuse yourself. We all need something mine is my digital art lessons. I do enjoy my walking, get me out of the house and fresh air. Have the weekends off so two lazy days.

Good morning. It is going to be a kind of all *nighter* for me- as I try to readjust my sleep schedule to sleeping at night instead of the day, I am going to stay up all day until a reasonable bedtime tonight to reset my sleep pattern. Hoping it works.

glad to hear your resetting your diurnal schedule. Sorry to hear of your panic attack, any details on why it happened or is that too personal for the forum?
Looking forward to getting the internet back starting tomorrow. Dad has come around and has started asking what we need to modernize his dinosaur of a computer for internet use. The running of a ebay or amazon store. I have looked it over and frankly I am happy with what he has. Linux Redhat, means the freeware is out there to do anything we need. Plus I am well versed in Linux. Just a simple wifi adapter, or Ethernet card should do us all we need. Plus a camera that can transfer pictures to the computer. Secretly I am going to seek a appraisal of his Picasso print and maybe end our money woes in one fell swoop.

D&D time- lmao- we are using a random character generator- as a side quest to the general game, and I had to roll to see who I am playing and here is the character I will be playing tonight!

Sounds like the computer is probably going to at least be able to do what you need it to do. Good luck on the appraisal on the Picasso print. Anything to keep things stable. Stable is good. |
