Wonderful evening Heather with great friends. Hope that knee is feeling better.
Been to the markets love the atmospher, bought my vegies and some smoked Atlantic salmon. It looks delicious. That won't last long in the fridge.

Heather is is sure a treat when you have some.
Been to exercise classes and it was a great lesson this morning. The teacher is winding down for the year so not so full on and a bit more humour in the class. Looking forward to my afternoon walk. Everyone enjoy your Friday

Hi momo, Well- I did the ultrasound thing. Not too happy that no one warned me it would an "invasive" procedure.
Anyway, I have to wait until sometime Monday for someone to go over the scan results. I guess I will hear from them.

Oh, I see. Yes, my twin brother has fibro too- and I understand that sometimes it just flares up.
Are you taking anything for pain yet? I know you said you had to wait for pain medications...

I hope you have a good day once that hangover lets up. Take care. it took all day and most of the night before i felt ok again , jeez wont be doing that again in a hurry! I had a whole load of hang over cure ideas from members on my forum , made me smile :) unfortunately i didnt get to go out for dinner last night like i had planned , had to cancel as still felt rough! aghh |
