Not much going on for me today. Just been playing with my little bird. She is dancing around on her perch.

Relaxing day today, just been to the vegie markets, great variety and ofcourse the price is just right. Bit over cast now so let's hope we get some rain as boy! do we need it.

Hello toetapping, you really are amazing to me. I wish I could tap your energy level too.

It's been an emotional day. I am feeling like crud. My left elbow doesn't want to work.. have been cleaning the house or trying to- I fell down twice just vacuuming the floor. My right knee wasn't having me use it at all today.

But I did manage to finish cleaning doctor's cage- a deep cleaning of it, all the bars and perches, everything on it got a good scrub.

Did the laundry too.

Got started on vacuuming but my last fall left me out of commission for anymore standing up work for today.

Had bad news. An uncle of mine has had a serious heart attack. They took him off of life support 2 hours ago- he is still fighting but the doctors do not think he will make it through the night. My family has already arranged a funeral for him this Saturday.

**now, I don't know about anyone else, but that really bothers me. He isn't dead yet! Do not plan his funeral like that. All of this is stirring up my anxiety and depression.

Along with my step mother's mental condition becoming seriously poor and her health declining.

I am just going to say it here- life sucks for me. All of this piling up stress ontop of stress is making me feel like going to bed and staying there.

Heather I have never heard of anything so disgusting as planning the funeral before your Uncle is dead. Just terrible.

You have had a day of it and sure hope it improves tomorrow.

Been to exercise classes, with noodles and weights. She is trying to improve our co-ordination. It is amazing how you fall behind in that department as we get older. Just off down the beach.

Hi toetapping, I am glad you have gone to the exercise class. It is good to keep the co-ordination up. I know, I need to do more types of exercise. I am suppose to go to physical therapy soon. Hoping that will help me.

Very warm day here today. Just off to the beach for my walk. Just got my foot massager on and it feels just lovely. I do it twice a week and I have no pain these days in my legs. Any one have problems with leg aches recommend them.

And of course I will share my Strawberry creme liquor. It is very sweet. Easy to over do it with out even realizing it!

Thanks ~apple~. I was unable to attend the funeral. Mostly because no one contacted me about his actual death until after the funeral. So.. that's my "family".

I will miss him. He was a good man.
