Bought my foot massager today and I think it will do the trick. After 15 minutes it turns itself off and I feel so much better. Everyone enjoy your day.

I have a hard time sleeping at night sometimes. I end up with anxiety and keep getting up out of bed to check the door and the living room.

It's been that way since my son is gone... like somehow, my mind is trying to go back in time to listen real good at night- you know?

But I have it figured out- if I can stay up past sunrise, my anxiety goes away and I can sleep again.

Hubby and I went out to lunch for pasta, had a browse around the shops. A great day for the both of us.

Went to the gym this morning that was shut so come home. Had one of those days on the computer but went for my walk down the beach and that cleared the head. Don't you love one of those days.

yup and i will be bitching at her about my hand i am waiting to see a specialist that she said three months ago now i am going to start pushing for it i am lossing the able to use my hand kwim it hurts and swollen all the time and i am scared Heather,

Do push, if you can't make it clear enough (*you sound like a sweet lady) Let Joshua help you make it clear that you need some help now before it gets worse. I hope that you can get it taken care of ASAP. It's not good to have a loss of something as important as a hand, for goodness sake!

I only say to have Joshua help because Justin helps me, I often don't speak up when I need to- he comes with me to my doctor's appointments and helps make certain all my issues get addressed. I am always glad that he has a way of being nice but being firm about that.

Good afternoon everyone, well it is busy here, a lot of work going on at mine lately so haven't had time to do alot, time i get through to my affiliate sites it doesn't leave me a lot with the site i visit out aide of the affiliates lol

I totally understand!! I am feeling that pressure too @casper, and it isn't that I don't want to make my rounds, there just isn't enough time to catch up with everyone in a meaningful way- you know what I mean? But I want to make it over to your place too.

Afternoon everyone. Marti you poor love. Your had sounds so painful. Please let us know what the doctor says, and don't let them fob you off. This has been going on for far too long now.

Heather I know what you mean about getting to everyones forums. I try but there just aren't enough hours in the day. I spose the one I get too most is Caspers at the moment. I shall make a HUGE effort to get round to everyone over the next few days though.
